Typhoon TINO accelerates and, based on all available data, is now over the coastal waters of El Nido, Palawan, moving west northwestward at 25 km/h with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 165 km/h.
๐ช๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐น๐ ๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ, as TINO is forecast to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility by this evening or tomorrow early morning. Bayawan City is already experiencing sunny skies.
Based on our Local Flood Early Warning System (LFEWS), water level in all major tributaries is now at normal levels, and the precipitation rate and wind speed across the City have significantly decreased. As of 8:30 AM today, average accumulated rainfall in the locality is estimated to be at 1.40 mm.
Meanwhile, a Tropical Depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is also being monitored, which is estimately located based on all available data East of Northeastern Mindanao.
