Water Connection

For Service Connection

    • Attend seminar/orientation scheduled every first and last Saturday of the month at 8:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. in the morning.(BAWAD Office)
    • Fill-up and submit the Service Application Form C -1, together with the required documents
    • Plumber will do the inspection and estimate for any additional materials might be incurred in the installation of your service connection.
    • On the following Monday, sign the Service Contract at the Customer Service Desk and pay all installation fees and additional cost of materials if there are any at the Cashier.
    • Wait for the Water Service Contract to be signed by the BAWAD General Manager for notarization.
    • Submit notarized Water Service Contract.
    • Sign logbook for your service request at the Customer Service Desk.

For Meter Reconnection/Reinstallation, Service Line Relocation/Re-route and Change of Pipe

    • Settle your account if after verification, have an existing and/or inactive service connection with outstanding arrears.
    • Pay Reconnection or Re-routing fees.
    • Sign logbook for your service request
    • Service request will be forwarded to the Technical Division for scheduling

In case your request for service connection, change of pipe or relocation of service line will require excavation permit, your application and sketch plan will be forwarded to the City Engineering Office for the issuance of permit. Upon approval, our Commercial Division will notify you for the payment of charges.

Requirements

For Residential:

  • Current Year Tax Declaration/Title of Property
  • Deed of Sale if newly acquired property
  • Contract of Lease of renting
  • Community Tax Certificate/CEDULA
  • Barangay Clearance/Certification for water connection
  • Lot Owner’s Consent/Affidavit - if the applicant is not the owner of the lot
  • Valid I.D. (recent)
  • GK Certification for GK Village applicant's only
  • Installation fee: 3,900.00

For Commercial:

  • Business Permit/Building Permit
  • Lease contract if renting
  • Community Tax Certificate/CEDULA
  • Barangay Clearance
