Pwede po ba ako magpatulong sa birth certificate ko sa baican BAYAWAN po ako pinanganak 1977 po . .Hindi po ako sigurado kung may birth certificate po ako wala na po akong kontak sa pamilya ko. Wala rin po akong record sa nso. Sana po matulungan nyo ako.

To verify if birth record is available at the Local Civil Registry Office, we need to know the facts of birth of Antonio Arquisal, such as his complete date of birth and parents name. If record is available, we will forward a copy of the birth record to Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) central file and provide the document owner a copy of his birth certificate and the electronic endorsement. Otherwise if the record is negative at the Local Civil Registry Office, the document owner can apply for an out of town birth registration at the Local Civil Registry Office at his residence.

Any update from our City Engineering Office about the construction of the boulevard in Punong Area. As of today there is no street light available in the area. Millions have been released for that project.

This serves as official reply of the City Engineers Office regarding the on-line feedback on the absence of street light in Punong Area despite release of millions of funds:

1. The proposed installation of 13 units street lights along boulevard specifically Punong area is covered by the project Construction of Bayawan Coastal Road, Phase 13 with the approved appropriation of PhP 5,000,000.00 funded under EDF 2016

2. Scope of work for the project include billboards & signage, sub-grade preparation, aggregate base course, construction of sidewalk, island, concrete pedestal sidewalk & grouted riprap, Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (length: 150 meters; width: 16.6o meters; thickness: 0.20 meter), electrical and Road Right of Way (RROW) and Drainages.

3. Through fund for the project has earlier been released, public bidding has yet to be conducted on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.

4. Project will start as soon as materials are delivered.
