Cluster Three’s “IBAYAW BAYA ONE“ Entry in Civil Service Month Celebration Mural Painting Contest hailed as First Prize Winner!
The concept of the said entry was a doodle piece of art that signifies the culture, beauty, and bounty harvest of Bayawan City. showcases the "Big Five" The Visayan Spotted deer, Visayan Tariktik Hornbill, Visayan Warty Pig, Talarak, and Negros Bleeding Heart Pigeon. These Big Five are preserved and repopulated and released back into nature.
The mural depicts the best practices of Bayawan City which made Bayawan a benchmark destination in the south. And as the organization celebrates the 122nd Civil Service Anniversary, they also put emphasis on the sacrifices and resilience of our frontliners giving them utmost importance in this masterpiece. It also highlighted the farm products and other marine resources which have a significant impact on the economy of the city of Bayawan, thus making it always on the top.
